  • What type of property is right for Alight Vacation Rentals?

    Alight Vacation Rentals is currently taking waterfront properties at Lake Sinclair and Lake Oconee.


    We believe all guests deserve a high quality stay. Properties should be good condition and appropriately furnished. Connect with us to learn more about what makes a great rental.

  • Can Alight help me with decorating or updating my home?

    Alight Vacation Rentals' exclusive design support service is available to source individual items or to decorate an entire home. Just need some guidance? We are always happy to leverage our expertise to provide recommendations free of charge.

  • How does the listing process work?

    First step is to fill out our contact form or call us directly. We will provide a rental analysis which includes a revenue projection and an initial assessment of readiness of the home for rentals. Once we've determined your property is a good fit for our program, we will work with you to answer any questions and concerns, review our management agreement, and support any set up needs for the home. 

  • How can I see my calendar and income?

    All Alight homeowners have access to an owner portal where they can find their calendar, owner statements, and even make reservations for themselves and guests. 

  • How do I get paid?

    Homeowners are paid on or before the 15th of each month via direct deposit for guest nights occuring in the previous month.


    Alight Vacation Rentals uses trust accounting to ensure rent is safely held separate from our operating accounts from the date the guest books their stay until it is paid out. 

  • What if a guest has already booked a time I want to stay?

    We market and rent properties based on the availability provided by owners. Once a guest reservation has been made, it cannot be cancelled to accomodate an owner. To avoid any potential conflicts, we encourage owners to plan ahead and to take advantage of their Owner Portal to book their own reservations as soon as they begin making plans. 

  • Can I book my property for friends and family?

    We love the opportunity to welcome the people you cherish in your life. Owners can make reservations for their guests via the Owner Portal.
