  • What's the best way to book an Alight vacation home?

    Book direct and save! Don't pay unnecessary fees to third party platforms. By booking direct through our website, you're guaranteed the best price!

  • How old do you have to be to rent a property?

    Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a property with Alight Vacation Rentals.

  • What is provided in my Alight vacation rental?

    Our homes are set up with high quality towels and linens and come equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a starter set up of trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies may be purchased at nearby stores.

  • How is the property cleaned and maintained?

    Alight vacation homes are cleaned using environmentally friendly bio-based products which provide continuous sanitation without dangerous chemicals.

  • When will I receive my door code and property information?

    Within 2 days of arrival, you will receive check-in instructions that include details about your property. Your door code will be provided 2 hours before check-in on the day of your arrival. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation policies may vary based on the date the property is booked. Please review the property details page to confirm the cancellation policy for your desired dates of stay.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Should you arrive to the destination early, you may contact us to request an early check-in, if available. However, early check-ins cannot be guaranteed.

  • Who is able to check-in?

    The contracted guest must be present at the rental property during check-in. If requested, guest must present photo ID to verify identity.

  • What is required before check-in?

    Guests are required to sign an online rental agreement and provide a photo ID and selfie as part of their identity verification. Access to the property will not be provided without this information.

  • Are additional guests allowed at my vacation rental?

    Each property has an established maximum occupancy, as listed in the rental agreement. Occupancy includes all guests visiting the property, not only over-night guests. All guests must be accounted for in your reservation.
